Second, design communication

1. After having design intention, customer service will recommend corresponding designers according to the owner's preference

2. The owner and the designer team determine the content of the design intention.

3. The team collects the deposit to start the scheme design.

4. The team will work out the whole design scheme and budget list.

III. Project construction

1. The design team will control the overall style matching list, household drawing requirements, confirm the fabric and material until signing the household matching contract to arrange production.

2. After signing the home furnishing contract, the owner pays the down payment; Three days before the delivery by the manufacturer, the owner shall go to the manufacturer's factory for acceptance. After the acceptance is qualified, the owner shall pay the remaining balance payment (if not satisfied by negotiation). The manufacturer entrusts logistics to the place designated by the owner.

IV. Rights of the Parties

1. Construction shall be conducted in strict accordance with the confirmed drawings. Unilateral changes shall be negotiated.

2. If the termination of the design agreement is caused by the owner's own reasons, the agreed proportion of design fee (including the design deposit) shall be paid.

3. After the display of furniture and soft decorations is finished, we hope the owner agrees to take the finished photos first, and the designer will give the owner a gift, and at the same time, a set of finished photos (electronic version) will be presented later.
